Mapa Enterprises is a food company promoting healthy living. Mapa processes peanut butter, honey, dried fruit, cold and heat-pressed shea butter, and provides catering services.
Mapa vision: To become a leading supplier/producer/processor of high-quality and healthy organic products in Uganda and the globe.

History
i. The business started in 2010 actually as a hobby and passion and a need to preach the benefits of honey at home but as business slowly grew it was registered in 2011.It celebrated ten years of existence in 2021.
ii. The raw materials include; groundnuts, sesame seeds, sheaunts, raw honey and various food items for the catering business. The suppliers are sourced from mainly small holder farmers from different areas in northern including; Uganda, Gulu and Kitgum, West Nile, mid north from Masindi, Nakasongola, Kiryandongo and Masindi and in Western Uganda from Fort Portal, Kasese, and Mbarara.
iii. Product life span for each product is about a year, however, honey and shea butter never expires.
iv. Mapa Enterprises clientele include; individuals, companies, agents and other wholesale and retail stores from both national and international Markets. The honey is packed in different quantities to suit clients’ needs and demands. Since registration, we have enjoyed good working relationship with different networks to promote our products and sales. MAPA packages its products in various sizes in order to cater for the needs (and incomes) of the market.
